The Second Transnational Partner Meeting of the Re-Direction project


  

The team of Dnipro University of Technology took part in the Second Transnational Partner Meeting of the Re-Direction project, held on March 20–21, 2025, in Karlsruhe, Germany. The event brought together representatives of partner institutions to continue their joint efforts aimed at transforming higher education through inclusivity, digital innovation, and sustainability.

The meeting began with a formal welcome at the City Council of Karlsruhe, emphasizing the importance of international collaboration in academic development. Participants were engaged in a comprehensive project overview and took part in interactive sessions focused on developing an Inclusive Guide - an essential tool designed to support equal access to education for all learners.

The second day of the meeting was dedicated to curriculum development. Partners discussed course structures, content creation, and accreditation frameworks in detail. A highlight of the session was the presentation of the first draft of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform, which marked a significant step toward expanding the project’s digital education components. The partners also reviewed dissemination strategies along with the preparations for the upcoming interim report.

The delegation from Dnipro University of Technology, represented by Tetiana Vysotska, Head of the Department of Translation, and Senior Lecturer of the department Olesia Cherkashchenko, played an active role throughout the event. The team contributed meaningfully to the development of the Inclusive Guide and curriculum planning, particularly within the scope of Work Package 3, which focuses on inclusive and forward-looking educational practices. Their input reflected both academic expertise and a strong commitment to the project’s mission.

In addition to the formal agenda, the meeting offered opportunities for networking and cultural exchange.

Overall, the meeting marked an important milestone in the Re-Direction project. The ideas exchanged and collaborations deepened during the two-day event are expected to significantly support the project's continued progress and long-term impact on higher education.
